Our longstanding collaboration with BYD dates back to 2009, long before their name gained widespread recognition in Europe. During that time, Buyers World built the Benelux market for them. Today, BYD is a familiar face in Dutch television commercials, particularly focused on electric transportation, where they have even surpassed market leaders like Tesla. BYD is an official sponsor of UEFA EURO 2024 in Germany and is rapidly expanding in Europe. Maurice van den Berk

His entrepreneurial journey spans China and Europe, demonstrating a keen ability to build something from scratch. Maurice has accumulated over 15 years of experience navigating and fostering collaborations between China and Europe, and he lived in China for 10 years. His extensive expertise includes a proven track record in solar.

He sees the significance of teamwork and sharing to achieve success, handle setbacks, and navigate disappointments. He believes in enjoying the journey together, persisting, daring to dream, and taking meaningful action. Building one’s own business is undoubtedly challenging, requiring hard work and effort to get the train rolling.

His journey in entrepreneurship began in his younger years, reflecting his innate drive and determination to create opportunities. Since 2009, he has been actively engaged in various business ventures, leveraging his hands-on approach and proactive attitude to drive success.

With a commitment to understanding every aspect of his industry, Hendrik has demonstrated his dedication by joining Solar teams on rooftops, including one at Schiphol Airport. By immersing himself in these experiences, he gains valuable insights into the processes involved, enabling him to better serve his customers and partners, both in prosperous times and during more challenging periods.
